Product Quality Guarantee Service

We will offer the on-site repairing work of the faulty products free of charge, which are within the scope of our responsibility.

If you want to extend the guarantee period, or consult the maintenance solution about the expired products, please call our service center.

We can provide the 24-hour technical service support for you.

Upon your request of service, our technicians and engineers will contact with you within 2 hours, and if urgent, we will rush to the scene within 24 hours.

For the turn-back products or products that need repair, we promise to finish the initial test within 2 working days; in case of emergency, we will send the replacement to you before receiving the faulty products from you.

Installation and Testing
Our technicians will give professional installing and debugging service based on the real situation of the working place, to make sure the safe and stable running of all the devices.

All the spare parts of the old versions and new versions are available; you can get the device upgraded by replacing the wear -out components from the original suppliers.

We will offer you the entire service and support from the designing of the program to the installation, debugging and operation of the reconstruction process. Including standardized replacing /reconstructing solutions to the products that exited the markets.
